As long as you operate your Phoenix Motored Bike at under 20 mph, it is classified as a bicycle. Other companies, or people selling similar (lesser quality, "backyard builds") motored bikes on Craig's List will tell you that their motorized bicycle is "legal" but most are not!  Don't be fooled.  Our motored bikes are built within the specifications of the Arizona Revised Statutes and meet all qualifications to be "LEGAL" to ride without getting hassled by the police!
